The team receives a tip from Baub, their Bothan infochant contact on Nar Shaddaa to meet a human named Borden Quint. Quint runs a smuggling ring on Nar Shaddaa in the Ulwan Bacheetscka region. Baub says he may be able to provide the team with some work. After meeting with Quint he gives them public passage to the planet Montanar, a jungle world, where they are to meet his transaction go between, a Bothan named Gravin.
The team travels to Montanar and rendezvous with Gravin. He assesses them and realized they will only be able to act as mules as they do not possess a ship of their own. He in turn connects them with local producers while a plan to move Avabush through customs on both worlds is developed.
LM, their Chiss Archaeologist, suggests a large sarcophagus disguised as a rare antiquity/mummy he has recovered for an anonymous Hutt collector on Nar Shaddaa as a potential surreptitious smuggling container. The team agrees and he manages to prepare a flawless forged shipping manifest. They hide a number of crates of Avabush in the staged relic, as well as, a number on their persons. SSSylvstr, their team medic, is briefly detained but manages to sufficiently baffle the customs personnel with a run down of medical supplies he carries.
They make their way back to Nar Shaddaa and deliver the items, receiving a modest payout in return. On their way back to Baub’s to plan their next moves the team is attacked by a bounty hunter team. The fire fight is vicious and a number of members are critically injured. They do manage to survive the gunfight only to learn their one member, Chirp, has an Imperial bounty on his head. His flamboyance and current unconsciousness leads to a brief conversation about turning him over to the authorities themselves, which they decide against.
They do arrive at Baub’s and he shakes his head at how precisely someone gets shot to pieces smuggling. He does provide them a storage room in the bistro to collect themselves and consider their next moves.
